We are an established and growing spa in Stratford, ON looking for a skilled esthetician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with a number of our current services, and willing to continue their education and personal growth and development within the spa industry. We currently offer: manicures/pedicures spa facials medi-facials (peels, IPL, microneedling) relaxation massage and body treatments waxing/sugaring lash lift/tint and brow lamination laser hair removal electrolysis We put an emphasis on superior customer service in addition to skilled services. Our team truly works together to offer each client the best experience, and take care of our team alike. A set schedule with the flexibility to work around prior commitments, allows the freedom to enjoy life outside of work. Compensation is hourly pay plus commission and tips, as well as a generous discount for retail and services and paid training. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs. * Perform various esthetic treatments * Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety. * Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and recommending services. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services. * Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay * Tips Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * esthetician: 1 year (preferred) * Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * esthetics diploma (required) Work Location: In person- LocationStratford, ON
