We?re currently seeking a *Warehouse Associate *to join our *Cobourg* team and _*help us build what really matters*_! *THE OPPORTUNITY:* * Full-Time, Permanent * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. ? 4:00 p.m. *YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * * Prepares and packs orders for loading and shipping. Double checks all picked orders for accuracy of count and type of material. * Assists with receiving tasks, verifies stock and places material in appropriate locations designated by the Receiving Report. * Loads Company vehicles/trucks when all material is ready for delivery to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries and to ensure all material loaded is secured and safe for delivery. * Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse and counter area for other employees and customers by keeping aisles and shelves clear of objects and/or potential danger. * Uses and maintains equipment (i.e. Forklift, Pump truck, etc.) in a safe manner and informs supervisor immediately of any problems with equipment. * Assists with annual physical inventory. * Executes all other duties as required by the position and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. *WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM: * * 2 Years? Previous warehouse experience, picking/packing orders * Previous forklift experience, current certification an asset * Comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying and moving * Strong written and verbal communication, in English * Detail-oriented * Basic mathematical skills (i.e. Counting) * Safety conscious * Ability to work well individually or as a team player *WHO WE ARE?* *Bardon Supplies Limited* is a subsidiary of Canadian-owned Deschênes Group Inc. and a leading wholesale distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning equipment, industrial pipes, valves & fittings.
