*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a Reggio Emilia inspired educational setting and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with both students and parents. *Requirements* * Basic ECE Certificate (or ECEA Certificate) * First Aid Certificate * Criminal Record Check *Duties* * Develop and implement age-appropriate provocations that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. * Contribute to a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child's development when necessary. * Communicate effectively with parents about their child's needs, achievements, and any concerns. * Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children's needs and center's philosophy. *Skills* * Experience working with children in a Reggio Emilia inspired educational setting is preferred. * Ability to adapt and exercise flexibility to effectively collaborate with the ideas of children and educator team. * Excellent organizational skills to help maintain records and prepare materials efficiently. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
