Established in 1931, Cutten Fields has grown over the years and now offers a year round venue for casual and fine dining, banquets, weddings, social events and various other functions, as well as Golf & Tennis. We are looking for a *Banquet Server* to join our Food & Beverage Team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisors, Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space and cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete. *We are looking for someone to:* * Serving food and beverage to guests at their tables or at serving stations; * Pour and refill wine, coffee, water and other beverages as needed; * Clear dishes; * Assist in closing functions by removing linens, dishes, taking down tables and re-setting for the next function; * Consistently follow all food safety related requirements, as well as liquor laws & * Other duties as required *The person we are looking for:* * Is Smart Serve Certified * Has a positive, passionate attitude * Has previous serving experience, although not required! * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Be able to lift 20 lbs. * Has a flexible schedule ? the ability to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays Please note, this is a temporary position to help with increased banquets during the holiday season. There is a possibility to be hired on after the holidays as well.
