<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Flexability is required.</strong><br /><strong>Night Shift: </strong>7pm-7am -Training on day shift (1 to 2 months).<br />Schedule will be 3.5 days per week 12hr shifts (40hrs per week)<br /> </p><p><strong>Working from Office full time.</strong></p><p><strong>CANDIDATES SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS (including weekends and stats) 24/7 call center (365 days per year).</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>Assists in processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.</li><li>Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
