*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, with the ability to educate and motivate clients of all skill levels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to lead engaging classes that promote health and wellness. *Duties* * Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience. * Educate clients on proper techniques, equipment usage, and the benefits of Pilates. * Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients. * Maintain a positive and encouraging environment that fosters client engagement and retention. * Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals. * Ensure that the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. * Stay updated on industry trends and continue professional development through workshops or certifications. *Skills* * Strong leadership abilities to guide clients through their fitness journey. * Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule classes and manage client sessions. * Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and non-verbally. * A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to helping others improve their health through Pilates. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * personal training: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Certified Personal Trainer (required) Work Location: In person- LocationBradford, ON
