NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Service Technician. Responsibilities of a Service Technician role include: Work attentively in maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction as well as overall department success; Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs; Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform required repairs; Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required; Provide written, prioritized quotes for necessary additional work; Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisor; Perform road tests and safety inspections; Maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces; Complete technical training as per Chrysler standards.
