*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of the salon. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for technology sales, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. * Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our POS system. * Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services, products, and promotions. * Conduct product demos and assist in selling salon products to enhance customer experience. * Process payments accurately through cashiering duties and maintain financial records. * Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies. * Collaborate with salon staff to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. *Experience* * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales is advantageous. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as communication with diverse clientele is valued. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently. * A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of salon services/products is a plus.
