*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care, promoting patient education, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. *Duties* - Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages. - Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. - Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Dentrix software. - Assist in orthodontic procedures and provide support in pediatric dentistry as required. - Foster a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service to all patients. - Stay current with medical terminology and best practices in dental hygiene. *Qualifications* - Valid Ontario licensure as a Dental Hygienist is required. - Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred. - Familiarity with dental assisting tasks is beneficial but not mandatory. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Please note we are currently seeking for Mondays and Tuesdays. Expecting more days to open soon.
