*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA therapist to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping patients achieve all goals they need to develop. This role involves working closely with patients to provide personalized instruction and support in various subjects. The ABA therapist will create a positive learning environment that can be a wonderful engagement and encourages kids growth. *Duties* * Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions tailored to individual patient need. * Develop and implement session plans that align with goals to achieve. * Communicate effectively with kids, parents, and educators to discuss best approach and performance about areas for improvement. * Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence in kids * Maintain accurate records of patients progress and attendance. *Requirements* * Experience working with children in an clinical setting, such as ABA instructor * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts to students. * Ability to conduct diverse learners with varying levels of understanding. * Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching. * Familiarity with curriculum standards relevant to the subjects being taught. * A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that help the development. * If you are passionate about ABA therapy and have the skills necessary to make a difference in patients lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a ABA instructor or therapist.
