*Basic Qualifications:* 1. Lead the architectural design, implementation, and operation of the Genesys solution, including system integration, configuration, routing design, reporting, and system analytics. 2. Develop strategic solutions that enhance our customer engagement, ensuring their alignment with business objectives. 3. Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to enhance the Genesys environment. 4. Conduct regular performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization to ensure the solution's high availability and reliability. 5. Provide technical leadership to the development team, including providing training, guidance, and mentorship. 6. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to establish and execute the company's contact center vision. 7. Facilitate troubleshooting and problem-solving activities for any system-related issues. 8. Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. 9. Act as the technical liaison with vendors, partners, and other external entities when required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote- LocationToronto, ON
