<ul><li><span>Participate in the development and support of the company's strategic plans Including</span></li><li><span>GL analysis as well as an explanation of actual results vs. budget</span></li><li><span>Monitor the financial performance of the company or companies</span></li><li><span>Compile and analyze financial reporting packages, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements</span></li><li><span>Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets</span></li><li><span>Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with company procedure</span></li><li><span>Communicate financial measures to upper management</span></li><li><span>Provide leadership and support to accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll (HR) departments</span></li><li><span>Full accounting cycle, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries</span></li><li><span>Payroll for permanent employees</span></li><li><span>Support during audits</span></li><li><span>Other tasks as needed</span></li></ul> <br> <ul><li><span>Experience: 5 years or more</span></li><li><span>Experience with financial statements</span></li><li><span>Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite and accounting softwares/tax prep or others</span></li><li><span>:Bachelor's degree</span></li><li><span>Accounting designation CPA an asset</span></li><li><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</span></li><li><span>Must be motivated and autonomous</span></li><li><span>Ability to work closely with a management team</span></li><li><span>Bilingual with excellent French</span></li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
