*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. *Duties* * Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient operation of manufacturing processes. * Oversee the assembly, fabrication, and quality control of products to meet specifications. * Assist the design team to final measure the design, use Mozaik for drawing and placing order. * Utilize SAP and MRP systems for effective supply chain management and inventory control. * Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with business objectives. * Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a production management role within a cabinetry manufacturing or millworks . * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. * Familiarity with SAP, MRP systems, and supply chain management principles. * Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. * A strong commitment to quality control and operational excellence.
