This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in an international auto parts warehouse with the potential for career growth in our rapidly expanding company.</p><p><strong>STUDENTS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY! </strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Bolton, [Location]</p><p><strong>Shifts Available:</strong></p><ul><li>6:30 am to 3:00 pm</li><li>9:00 am to 5:30 pm</li><li>2:30 pm to 11:00 pm <em>(Monday to Friday)</em></li></ul><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $19.50/hr.</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Put away, pick, and pack auto parts of various sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>Ascend and descend the rolling staircase ladder for tasks such as putting away, picking, and packing auto parts</li><li>Manually wrap skids</li><li>Utilize a manual pump truck to move skids within the warehouse</li><li>Use a mouse cart for picking orders during dispatch</li><li>Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, collecting warehouse trash (wood, plastic, dust), and proper waste disposal</li><li>Operate a handheld RF scanning device for efficient inventory management</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Physical ability to handle the workload, including lifting 40 to 50 lbs.</li><li>Multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Wear steel-toed safety shoes</li><li>Exhibit safe and professional conduct</li><li>Stand/walk for approximately 90% of the workday</li><li>Must be 18 years of age</li></ul><p><strong>Evaluation Period:</strong> New placements will undergo a rigorous two-week evaluation, focusing on the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Attendance</li><li>Work ethic</li><li>Personality</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to learn</li></ul><p>If you are a motivated individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
