Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. *Duties* * Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations. * Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. *Skills* * Proven experience in a kitchen setting, preferably within the food service or restaurant industry. * Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. * Creativity in cooking and presentation, with a passion for culinary arts.
