We are seeking an experienced *Credit Analyst* to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee credit operations, develop credit policies, and manage risk for our financing programs. *Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for equipment sales financing * Analyze complex financial statements and credit reports for individuals & businesses to make informed lending decisions * Evaluate and approve high-value credit applications for equipment purchases and leases * Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that balance risk and revenue objectives * Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, identifying trends and potential risks * Negotiate terms with customers and develop strategies for challenging credit situations * Implement and maintain credit scoring models and risk assessment tools * Liaise with legal and collections teams to resolve delinquent accounts * Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk metrics, and market trends * Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all credit activities *Requirements:* * Bachelor?s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; or relevant master's degree preferred * At least 2+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, * Strong understanding of equipment financing and leasing industry * Excellent analytical and decision-making skills * Proficient in financial modelling and risk assessment techniques * Experience with credit management and CRM systems * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with asset-based lending practices *Benefits:* * Competitive Salary * Healthcare Benefit Package * Career Growth Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
