Job Description: All-on-Four Dental Technician *Position:* All-on-Four Dental Technician *Employment Type:* Full-time *Salary:* Competitive based on experience *About Us:* We are a leading dental office focusing on creating high-quality, customized dental prosthetics, committed to transforming patients' lives through innovative dental solutions. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Technician specializing in the All-on-Four procedure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fabricating fixed prosthetics, including full-arch restorations, using advanced materials and techniques. *Key Responsibilities:* * Fabricate high-quality All-on-Four prosthetic frameworks and restorations, including temporary and permanent full-arch solutions. * Utilize CAD/CAM technology to design and mill components. * Work with zirconia, acrylic, titanium, and other materials commonly used in All-on-Four cases. * Perform waxing, casting, finishing, and polishing for full-arch prosthetics. * Collaborate closely with dentists, oral surgeons, and other team members to ensure precision and optimal outcomes for patients. * Conduct quality control checks to ensure all restorations meet functional and aesthetic standards. * Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and tools efficiently and safely. * Stay updated on advancements in All-on-Four techniques, materials, and technologies. *Qualifications:* * Certification or diploma in Dental Technology (or equivalent). * Proven experience with All-on-Four cases and full-arch restorations. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape). * Strong knowledge of dental materials, including zirconia, acrylic, and titanium. * Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. * Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple cases. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Familiarity with digital workflows and implant planning software. * Artistic skills in achieving natural aesthetics for restorations.
