Job Description Your job duties will include, but are not limited to: ? Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. ? Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. ? Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. ? Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions. ? Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. ? Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns. ? Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. ? Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits. ? Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. ? Provide financial advice and support to management. Work Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ? Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CGA) is preferred. ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. ? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. ? Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Wages and Benefits Successful applicants will be paid $35.71 per hour, for 35 hours of work per week.
