The ideal candidate will play a vital role in creating high-quality products, ensuring precision, and maintaining our standard of excellence. This position requires a passion for fine craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. *Responsibilities* * Operate and maintain sewing machines used in the production of luxury lingerie, ensuring consistent quality and precision. * Follow detailed patterns and instructions to produce garments that meet our exacting standards. * Monitor sewing operations, inspecting for any errors or inconsistencies, and make necessary adjustments. * Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operation. * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding quality. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols. * Assist in training new operators on sewing techniques, machinery, and quality standards. *Requirements* * Experience operating industrial sewing machines is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of luxury fabric handling, such as silk, lace, and mesh, is a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with delicate materials. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to production needs. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. * Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 30 pounds. * Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime when required. * Commitment to quality and safety in the workplace.
