*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services that meet the needs and preferences of our clients in a welcoming and professional environment. *Duties* * Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation protocols. * Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue. * Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive referrals. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. * Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications. * Experience with retail sales is a plus, as well as an understanding of upselling techniques. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
