We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
*Duties*
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on providing accurate information.
* Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.
* Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, aiming for resolution on the first contact.
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry into our systems for tracking purposes.
* Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
* Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sales environment.
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
* Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: From $17.80 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 44 per week
