<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a certified Raymond Reach operator to join our client's warehouse team as a <strong>Team Lead. </strong></p><p>Reporting to the General Manager, and responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and personnel to ensure compliance with regulations, quality processes, and safety and operate forklift.</p><p><strong>Shift: </strong>2 pm to 11 pm</p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $27/hr.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Brampton</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate Raymond Reach forklifts to pick and transport items within the warehouse.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Responsible for effective warehouse management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of product storage and movement.</li><li>Schedule and direct the daily tasks of the workforce.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safe operating procedures, client requirements, and governing regulations.</li><li>Provide timely team member coaching or corrective actions as required.</li><li>Responsible for addressing employee concerns and escalating as required.</li><li>Conduct team members performance reviews, training, and recommendations for professional development.</li><li>Conduct incident investigations in collaboration with safety or management and complete reports.</li><li>Report and document all product damage in compliance with company and client procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Valid forklift certification.</li><li>Basic computer skills for order processing.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to operate machinery and successfully complete third-party and on-site testing and certification requirements.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills required.</li><li>Must have a high school diploma with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience and 3-5 years' warehouse experience. A certificate in leadership is considered an asset. A combination of education and experience may be considered.</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent English is required with clear verbal, reading and writing comprehension</li><li>Attention to detail & accuracy with numbered bin locations and picking line items</li><li>Focused & sense of urgency to meet daily KPI's in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>A positive and supportive work environment.</li></ul></div></div>
