<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Customer service / Admin Assistant</p><p> </p><ul><li>Data entry (enter new product into SQL and transmit to handheld)</li><li>Coordinate Rep Orders</li><li>Rep customer changes and updates, new customer set up in Adagio and SQL and transmit to handhelds.</li><li>Keep track of invoices with no Pos and email reps to get customer POs.</li><li>Reconcile accounts</li><li>Assist AR clerk and office staff as needed.</li><li>Mail orders with Canada Post and chitchats</li><li>Order Office supplies from Staples.<ul><li>Must know Adagio and SQL.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Currently we are located in Oshawa ON but will move in January to Pickering</p></div></div>- LocationPickering, ON
