We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier who is capable of helping us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic about working with the public and is committed to performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner. The individual will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our company meets its objectives, and will be responsible for greeting customers, handling cash transactions and answering inquiries. Responsibilities: * Answer and transfer customers' calls. * Use a cash register to make sales and handle money. * Answer questions about products and services. * Provide excellent customer service. * Answer general questions about products, services, or store locations. * Handle special requests from customers regarding price adjustments, special orders, or deliveries. * Follow company policies and procedures to help customers efficiently. * Provide information to customers about products or services in the store. * Take care of the cash register and money in the register. * Take care of customers while they are in the store. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $15.80 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
