<p>Hello, I'm Guillaume, senior recruitment and business development consultant at Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in IT recruitment. <br>I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in Montreal and Montérégie. Our team of IT experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.</p><p>I'm looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our customers, located on the South Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position, 2 days on site. Salary offered varies according to experience ($80,000 to $90,000) - on a 40h week basis.</p><p><br>Your missions :</p><p><br>* Contribute to projects related to business areas and technologies (ERP, HR, web platform) <br>* Participate in the evolution of the organization's business processes through automation, integration of new technological tools, continuous improvement, as well as the implementation of new operational procedures and internal policies; <br>* Plan and lead project-related meetings, while drafting minutes including actions to be undertaken by each stakeholder. <br>* Follow up on actions and deadlines, and report on anticipated issues or difficulties as necessary <br>* Facilitate the coordination and smooth running of projects by mobilizing different teams to reduce redundant actions and improve task efficiency <br>* Monitor work, costs and invoices of IT subcontractors involved <br>* Validate and test compliance of programming with expected functionalities <br>* Keep abreast of new solutions and potential project partners <br>* Advise the organization's management on improvement strategies, innovations and technological shifts to be undertaken <br>* Maintain a technology watch to identify emerging trends</p><p>* DEC in computer science <br>* Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a similar role <br>* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Office 365, Office Suite, Power BI, Power Point, Excel, Power Automate) <br>* Mastery of project management software <br>* Ability to travel occasionally <br>* Intermediate level of English (oral and written) to be able to communicate with colleagues in Ontario and external partners <br>* Knowledge of Agile project management (an asset) <br> <br>The company offers a competitive salary, benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick days), flexible working conditions and 3 weeks' vacation. <br>You can contact me at <br>See all our job offers at www.fedit.ca <br>Only those candidates whose applications have been selected will be contacted.</p>- LocationBrossard, QC
