Retail Store Manager Department: Retail Reports to: Senior Retail Manager & Buyer Status: Full time, Year-round position General Description: The Store Manager (SM) of Moraine Lake Lodge (MLL) is a year-round position with its office and lodging located in Field, BC during the summer months. Travel to Vancouver, BC is required during the winter months for training and inventory management. The SM is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Trading Post Store (MLT), prioritizing inventory management and providing direction to the retail team to ensure continuous improvement of guest service, merchandise presentation, and sales and operational cost management. The SM must be a collaborative problem solver, able to delegate responsibilities, establish priorities and deliver an amazing guest- LocationLake Louise, AB
