*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. * Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar. * Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry. * Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems. * Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and hospitality best practices is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. * Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
