Job Description: As a Receptionist/Admin at Carget Supercentre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the dealership. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities: ~Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly approach.~Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.~Schedule service appointments and manage calendars.~Maintain office supplies and order as needed.~Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.~Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.~Assist with other office tasks as needed. Qualifications: ~High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).~Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (automotive industry experience is a plus).~Strong communication and interpersonal skills.~Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.~Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.~A positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented.
