MedScan Solution in PortCoquitlam is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to help us grow! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We deal work in the medical industry and help transition practices. It's a fun and professional working environment with snacks and team-building events. Come join an amazing team! This is an in-person position, part-time or full-time, flexible hours. Requirements: * Experience with customer service and answering customer calls. * Skilled in Mircosoft Office 365, G-Suite, and familiar with computers. * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) or ticketing software (salesforece, zendesk, Jiro, Zoho) * No criminal record. * Able to safely commute to Port Coquitlam each working day. * Ability to type 60 WPM. * Ability to multitask * Problem solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A positive attitude. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Compensation: * $18-$22 per hour to start Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift Application question(s): * Ability to type 60 WPM * Know the shortcut keys for copy and paste (Ctrl C + Ctrl V) * Experience with project management tools: salesforce, Zendesk, Jiro, Zoho Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service & answering phone calls: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationPort Coquitlam, BC
