CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work on various projects that require precision and attention to detail. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. *Responsibilities / Duties:* * Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. * Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. * Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for projects. * Operate machinery including press brake machines and cranes safely and effectively. * Work with ductwork materials, ensuring proper fitting and installation. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. *Skills / Requirements:* * Experience in welding with an understanding of welding techniques and processes. * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts. * Strong verbal and written communication skills *What we offer* * Competitive wage * Job diversity with year-round employment * Extended medical and dental benefits * Great team environment Join our team today and contribute your expertise as we create products for a new industry that meet our clients' needs!
