_*The Role*_ The candidate will be accountable for executing a strategy that establishes Accelerate in our distribution channels, while building market share. The primary role of the candidate is to prospect for new investors by networking, calling, emailing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential investors. Dealing directly with investment advisors, institutional investors, and family offices, the candidate will build long-lasting relationships, service existing clients, and prospect for new investors while utilizing in-depth knowledge of Accelerate?s alternative investment funds. The chosen candidate will contribute to the firm?s distribution process in the following ways: · Arrange one-on-one or group meetings with prospects to showcase Accelerate?s alternative investment solutions · Generate and develop new business relationships over the phone and in-person · Work with the marketing and investment team to effectively communicate fund objectives and performance · Execution of a repeatable and measurable sales process · Improve and develop product knowledge · Populate the CRM system with information gathered during meetings and new leads for future business · Work effectively with existing client solutions team to meet/exceed Accelerate?s sales objectives _*Requirements*_ · 1+ years of investment sales experience · Advanced expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Demonstrated time management skills · University degree in Business Administration · CSC, CFP, CIM, CPH or CFA an asset · Experience using HubSpot an asset · Strong communication skills · Ability to thrive in a high energy, process-driven sales environment · Creative and ambitious · Team oriented _*Location*_ · Currently located in Calgary · In-Office role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-12-10
