*Position Overview*
As an *Office Clerk*, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the office's daily functions. This includes data entry, filing, document preparation, and providing assistance to various departments. You?ll play a key role in ensuring that office operations run efficiently and contribute to the overall productivity of the company.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting with office communication.
* Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and properly maintained.
* Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
* Provide support for other departments, such as HR, finance, and operations, as needed.
* Ensure that office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary.
* Assist with creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Support the office manager in various tasks and special projects as required.
*Qualifications*
* High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).
* Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred but not required.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
