Shipping/Receiving Associate (AM/PM Available) Job Description Key Responsibilities: Shipping Duties: o Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements. o Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. o Generate shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork. o Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time and in compliance with company policies. Receiving Duties: o Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage. o Verify that received items match purchase orders and update inventory records accordingly. o Record and report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to the appropriate departments. o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to- LocationToronto, ON
