Job details
The Finishing Store & Millworks is currently seeking to add to their Warehouse team. This position interacts with clients from both Retail and contractor levels. Candidate helps to locate and load customers products / orders. Stages orders, double checking for accuracy of products and quantities prior to shipping. Loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Swamping duties may be required. Accurately receiving and putting away of new stock. Reports and takes pictures of damage products and reporting to supervisor. Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse and staging area while you work. Maintains a good relationship with customers and staff. Adheres to all company policies and safety procedures. Practices safe forklift procedures. Represents the company in a professional manner. Undertakes other tasks assigned by management. Must have a valid driver's licence. Forklift ticket an asset. During certain times of the year overtime will be expected for special events such as but not limited to home shows, Anniversary sales and inventory. Works in a large retail/warehouse environment. Works five days within store hours, may include weekends. Job Type: Full-time Wage: starts at $20.00/per hour, may vary depending on experience Benefits offered.
