*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. *Responsibilities* * Book patients' appointments and take payment. * Operate multiple phone lines. * Submit insurance claims on behalf of patients. * Reply patient emails and in person requests. * Assist therapists with requests and inquiries. * Assist clinic manager with day-to-day duties * Data entry and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions. * Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions. *Qualifications* * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment. * Experience with Telus Portal, Provider Connect and Blue Cross (preferred but not required) * Impeccable organization and time-management skills. iBalance Physiotherapy, Sports & Wellness Center is one of the best rated clinics in Barrhaven, Ottawa.
