*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. * Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and issuing receipts. * Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. * Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. *Skills* * Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. * Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and safety practices. * Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred but not required.
