Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a *People Operations (HR) Manager*. This position is based in our Acheson office. The People Operations (HR) Manager is responsible for supporting the employee life cycle and career progression of the team and positively influencing culture. Specifically, the People Operations (HR) Manager is accountable for ensuring that all team members have a consistent experience with Inline and their personal development is supported by providing visible leadership, creating authentic connection and successfully developing/implementing accretive programs, processes and strategies. This person is an active advocate for the business and visibly leads through the demonstration of our values, commitment to the team and genuine passion to support others. *Key Responsibilities* - Act as an ambassador and actively promote and live our business values while providing visible leadership to all team members - Contribute to the creation and successful implementation of the PO strategy that is aligned to the overall organizational goals and objectives - Lead the annual performance management cycle and process; develop and implement career progression and learning tools and strategies in support of the employee journey and progression plans - Design and maintain organizational policies, procedures, handbooks and standards in support of creating a safe, respectful and compliant workplace - Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts and initiatives for student, field and office - Be a key point of contact for team members in support of their employee journey and development; pro-actively support workplace and team member challenges on an individual and systemic base - Actively contribute to our culture of safety and quality through mentorship and advocacy - Responsible for the effective collection, storage and management of all information and documentation within our HRIS systems - Maintain current knowledge with applicable labour laws and regulations within the jurisdictions of which the organization maintains its operations. - Advise and collaborate with Department Leaders on employee relations, including progressive discipline, employee grievances, and terminations. *Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills* - HR Degree or diploma is required. CPHR designation is an asset. - Minimum of 8 years working as an HR professional in a business setting. - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. - Proven leadership and team-building capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. - Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset. *Why work with Inline Group Inc?* · _High potential for growth_ ?
