We are currently seeking to fill a Sales consultant position for our Toronto concept store in North York. Your role as a *Sales Consultant* at *Home Société*: * Welcome, guide and advise clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces; * Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them; * Achieve your sales objectives. * Respect at all times of the aesthetics and displays, as determined by our team; * Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients. To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills: * A keen interest in the world of decor; * A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role; * A confident and convincing approach, as well as an understanding of esthetic language. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Available to work during the day, the evening and on weekends; * A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with both clients and work colleagues; * An in-depth and continually updated knowledge of design trends.
