*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours at our hotel. Your primary focus will be on meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards. * Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean and organized. * Assist guests with their meal choices and provide information about menu items. * Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed. * Clean tables, utensils, and serving areas to maintain a hygienic environment. * Operate the POS system for any necessary transactions or guest inquiries. * Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met promptly. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Must be able to clean and maintain work areas throughout the shift. * A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
