*Overview* We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. *Duties* * Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security. * Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches. * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed. * Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. * Provide assistance and direction to visitors while enforcing facility rules and regulations. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide information. * Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports for record-keeping purposes. *Skills* * Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. * Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment. * Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies to minimize theft or damage. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and the public. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while making sound decisions. * A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.
