*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dentist in various procedures. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall health and well-being of our patients. *Duties* * Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support. * Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience. * Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow. *Skills* * Proficiency in pediatrics and orthodontics is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Experience in dental assisting or working in a dental office setting is preferred. * Excellent customer service skills to foster positive patient relationships. * Familiarity with Tracker or other dental practice management software is an advantage. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
