A+ Value Cabinetry & Countertops is a manufacturer and importer specializing in cabinets and countertops. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our growing sales team. This dynamic role offers a blend of in-store and on-site customer engagement, providing flexibility while ensuring strong client relationships.
*Job Responsibilities*:
* *Remote Sales:*
* Engage with potential customers through Facebook, phone calls, emails to generate new business.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and identifying new opportunities.
* Present product offerings, create quotes, and close sales remotely.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Follow up on leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
* *In-Person Sales:*
* Meet clients face-to-face at trade shows, meetings, or site visits to build rapport and close sales.
* Conduct kitchen design and provide in-person consultations for clients.
* Attend in-person meetings with the sales team to strategize and review sales goals.
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications*:
* Proven sales experience.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
* Valid driver?s license.
*Preferred Skills*:
* Knowledge of construction, cabinetry, or related fields.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Comfortability with technology and digital communication platforms.
* A passion for customer service and relationship-building.

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
