Responsibilities - Design a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence- Achieve growth and hit the company's long- and short-term sales targets;- Build an effective sales network, develop and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;- Build up a motivated sales team when needed, including recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Qualifications and requirements- A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field is preferred;- Previous experience as a sales representative/manager, or similar roles;- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively;- Ability to develop sound, positive relationships with internal and external clients- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;- Willing to travel and work flexible hours.- LocationSaskatoon, SK
