At Chaotic Closet you will find more than a job. *Key Responsibilities:* * Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors * Managing store Instagram & Website * Operating POS system * Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they have * Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets * Maintaining consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times * Ensuring adherence to operating and security procedures at all times * Keeping knowledge up-to-date of all products * Curating & Pricing Customer Trades/Sell in-store * Executing opening and closing procedures * Social Media marketing * Modelling and Operating E commerce * Tik Toks *ARE YOU A MATCH?* * Fashion enthusiast * Fashion Brands & Trends Awareness * Excellent interpersonal communication & relationship building skills * Previous Sales, Customer Service or retail experience * Digital marketing & social media understanding Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 ? 40 per week Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
