We are currently seeking a *Program Coordinator *to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain dedicated staff to deliver on our mission.
As the *Program Coordinator*, you act as the liaison between the clients and the staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, efficient staffing, and effective communication.
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*
* Take charge of recruitment efforts and conduct comprehensive orientations for new staff.
* Ensure all staff members are registered for mandatory training, enhancing their ability to deliver services in a trauma-informed and appropriate manner.
* Manage employee files on an online database.
* Schedule training and lead General Meetings.
* Manage staffing schedules and prepare timesheets.
* Collaborate with the Team Lead in facilitating community resources for the person served
* Use programs such as TCP Humanity, Sharevision, and Google Workspace to digitize staff information.
* Facilitate regular staff meetings and debriefings, guiding to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Report directly to the Program Director and collaborate with the governance team as part of Senior Management.
* Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Personal Support, Disability Support, Health Care Aide, Psychology, and Human Services)
* 3 years minimum proven experience in program management within a disabilities services context
* 2 years experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Documentation skills
* Skills in evaluation of services and project management
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
