Your main mission will be to ensure that students behave in a way that is consistent with the values and rules of conduct established by our school. Seize this opportunity to actively contribute to the academic well-being of young people! </p><p><em>Percentage of work: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX </em></p><p><strong>THE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a vigilant presence in the school to guarantee compliance with rules and student safety, by making regular rounds, intervening if necessary and reporting any anomalies.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for students and visitors, guiding them and providing clear information on school regulations.</li><li>Help students in need of extra support in a caring manner, whether for eating in the cafeteria, getting dressed, or getting around.</li><li>Work closely with the educational team to ensure that student activities run smoothly and are supervised, and that the necessary resources are available.</li><li>Intervene effectively in conflict resolution, provide first aid and contribute to safety in case of emergency, in collaboration with the disciplinary team, if necessary.</li><li>Manage room reservations, locker allocation and equipment monitoring.</li><li>Actively participate in absence control according to established procedure and manage student attendance data.</li><li>Use IT tools to carry out administrative tasks and monitor activities, as required. </li><li>Performs all other related tasks.</li></ul><p> </p> <br> <ul><li>Hold a 5th year high school diploma or an attestation of studies with recognition of equivalence.</li><li>Possess one (1) year of relevant work experience favoring the development of a personal discipline, a basic understanding of psychology or human relations skills.</li><li>Have a good command of spoken English and a working knowledge of French.</li><li>Hold a valid first aid certificate.</li></ul>
