*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Your role will also involve promoting products and assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring a positive experience. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. * credit and debit transactions accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. * Enhance customer understanding of items. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. * Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies. *Skills* * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Previous experience in cashiering * Proficient organizational skills to manage transactions efficiently. * A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the customer experience. * A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
