*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. *Duties* * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. * Identify potential business opportunities and engage in outside sales efforts to expand market presence. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and business development. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Familiarity software is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Experience in outside sales or business development is desirable. * Demonstrated ability in account management and building long-term client relationships. * A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
