*Overview*
Our Client, a very well established manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, training development, and process improvement and experience working with Immigration process .the candidate will ability to communicate effectively and manage programs will be critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Must be Bilingual (English and French)
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
* Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified individuals for various positions.
* Oversee training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Communication with warehouse personnel
* monitor timesheets for Payroll
* Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
* Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while ensuring best practices in HR management.
* Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing workplace concerns.
*Skills*
* Proficient with systems for effective HR management.
* Strong experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated program management abilities to oversee various HR initiatives successfully.
* Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for efficient recruitment processes.
* Proven track record in training development and enhancing employee performance through targeted programs.
* Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions to increase operational efficiency.
* Experience with Immigration processes
* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Min 3-5 years in a managerial position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
