*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional service to our clients. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps and air conditioning units. * Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. * Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge. * Perform repairs as needed to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. * Collaborate with other technicians to build or braze components as necessary for system repairs. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs. *Skills* * Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
